Michael R. Griffith concentrates his practice in litigation, specializing in mass tort, multi-district litigation, product liability, personal injury, and medical malpractice. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Griffith served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Contillo, P.J. Ch. and the Honorable Menelaos W. Toskos, P.J. Ch., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity Part. Mr. Griffith is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, New York and the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Griffith is a published author with this research published by the International Mediation Institute. His work is also published in the Cardozo Journal of conflict Resolution Vol. 20, Issue 4, and translated into Hungarian to be published by the University of Miskolc Law Journal, Miskolci Jogi Szemle.
